Pressure monitoring
Pressure sensing across the pump systems provides under-pressure and over-pressure alarms and allows injection pressures to be monitored.
Full stainless-steel gantry
Stainless-steel construction provides strength, corrosion resistance and durability in the wash-bay environment.
Servo-controlled positioning
Longitudinal, cross and rotation movements use servo drives and encoders for repeatable absolute positioning.
Complete chemical process
Two-stage presoak, tri-foam, lava curtain, wax, ceramic coating and spot-free rinse can be configured into the wash packages.

Integrated underbody washing can be included as part of selected wash programs.

The wash result depends on much more than the gantry. Pumps, chemical delivery, compressed air, valves, controls and diagnostics are integrated into the complete Piranha platform.
Customer Experience
The wash starts before the first chemical is applied.
The integrated 42-inch IP65 display provides animated parking guidance as the vehicle enters and communicates the current wash stage throughout the cycle.
Automated vehicle guidance
If the vehicle is outside the preset positioning parameters, the robot instructs the driver to reverse or reposition before the wash proceeds. The guidance system helps make entry intuitive while protecting the programmed wash clearances.
During the wash the same animated interface communicates services including presoak, jet wash, lava, wax, spot-free rinse, drying and exit instructions.

Piranha IQ provides operators and authorised technicians with practical access to the information needed to operate, tune and diagnose the system.
