Next Generation Manual Wash Bay Control Platform

Rather than simply replacing ageing controls, Infinity Project Services was engaged to integrate an entirely new PLC-based automation platform designed to improve reliability, simplify maintenance and support future product development.

The installation integrates pumps, chemical dosing, payment equipment, sensors, safety functions and operator controls through a structured control architecture. Installed in a live commercial wash facility, it continues to provide operational feedback that guides software refinement and future installations.

Athlete Recovery Pool Automation System

Infinity Project Services designed and commissioned the automation and control system supporting the Queensland Tennis Centre recovery pools. The system was developed to deliver dependable monitoring and automatic control of the water-treatment process used by the athlete recovery facilities.

Siemens LOGO! PLCs coordinate pressure and level inputs, pump operation and system status. Integration with the site’s Building Management System gives facility personnel central visibility of operating conditions and alarms while retaining reliable local control at the plant.

10-Year Conveyor Rebuild

Infinity Project Services was engaged to complete a major 10-year rebuild of the conveyor system in one of our customer’s car wash tunnels, restoring critical structural and wear components while keeping site downtime to an absolute minimum.

The work involved removing the existing wear plates, identifying and cutting out heavily corroded conveyor bearers, and replacing approximately 60% of the bearer structure. New locally manufactured 316 stainless-steel wear plates were then installed to provide a durable, corrosion-resistant running surface for the rebuilt conveyor.

Electrical Infrastructure Recovery

Following significant water ingress, Infinity Project Services rapidly assessed the damaged electrical infrastructure and developed a coordinated recovery plan to safely restore the affected systems.

The response included switchboard restoration, electrical testing, protection verification and functional recommissioning. Critical equipment was progressively returned to safe operation while disruption to the facility was kept to a minimum.
